This site hosts 2nd Chair’s Trust Center. This trust center provides a central place for any party to quickly review 2nd Chair’s policies and positions. Implicit in a trust center is a commitment to transparency. Our trust center is constantly evolving and development over time as we grow. 2nd Chair’s trust center is developed with three types of users in mind: • Potential Customers Evaluating 2nd Chair – A potential customer should be able to quickly evaluate the state of 2nd Chair’s policies. Where a potential customer is collecting information for an Enterprise, we hope that 2nd Chair’s trust center will provide a single point to enable other stakeholders to quickly verify 2nd Chair positions. • Customers Onboarding 2nd Chair – Once a customer decides to onboard 2nd Chair, a customer should be able to review at their leisure the various click wrap documents such as the service agreement, privacy policy, and terms of use, surrounding their use. All such agreements are readily available in this trust center. • Customers Operating 2nd Chair – As a customer operates 2nd Chair products and services, questions may come to mind. How do I know my account information is secure? Is my behavior being monitored? How do I delete my previous history? While 2nd Chair adheres to current regulations, including best practices to protect customer privacy and their data, we hope this trust center provides a one stop shop to quickly get customer concerns addressed and to enable confirmation that their use of 2nd Chair is safe.
